Apple sponge cake in a halogen oven

4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 large apple
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces, sprinkle it with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Beat eggs with sugar, as Sponge dough with a mixer, then gradually add the flour and mix with a hand mixer to get a nice cake mixes. In the cup you take 3 tbsp of this mixture. To the dough, add the apples and vanilla, mix well. Pour the mixture into small cakes form, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour or bread crumbs (I use bread crumbs). Add cocoa and cinnamon to the separated mixture, stir and pour over the cake with a knife to mix descended from brown mixture down to become a colorful cake. Put the form of lower BBQ for 45 minutes of 175S. Once cool, remove it from the form and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I made this cake because it is dosed for my little form, I did not dare to try something else for a great shape, but after this successful experience, the next step will be a big dose.

Bravo (clap)! The cake is baked evenly and really has become fluffy! Jump amazed me: ^). Will try with muffins, but instead of red berries will put in your recipe apples.

Once it and cake in the oven and I will try it. A little while ago I checked and was very glad that my form is collected in a bowl. Bravo, very nice has risen and baked!

Girls I guess for most form may have plenty of time, say 55 minutes, I can honestly say that at first I checked it with the stick that is roasted and then pulled it out, I was surprised that received ... but also the old stove for 40-50 min. were roasting cakes, but there pre-heat the oven.

I tried it in a conventional oven. Was very nice.
