Arabic buns

Ingredients
5 cups flour
1 cube of yeast (2 packets of dry)
120 ml warm water
100 ml yogurt
5 tbsp cream
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 yolks
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp melted butter

Method
Blurs the yeast, water and some of the flour slurries and left in a covered container for about 20 minutes it rise. Add the remaining flour, milk, cream, the oil, egg yolks, salt, spices and knead until a dough. If necessary, add more flour. Divide the dough into balls and roll out of buns with a diameter of 15-18 cm. Arrange the buns on greased baking tray and brush with a mixture of crushed garlic and the butter. Bake the buns until golden moderate (180 C) preheated oven about 20-25 minutes. Finished buns removed and covered with cloth. Cut with a knife as pocket by cutting a cap and fill with various dishes - salads, falafel and others. When baking the buns, be careful not to harden. If you drop them, you can try to put them briefly in the microwave oven or stew for a few minutes in a saucepan.
