Armenian soup

Ingredients
400 g yogurt
4 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 liter salted water
1 cup couscous
40 g butter
pinch of dry mint
Method
In salted water, bring to the boil cous-Kusa. Beat eggs and flour was added with stirring until homogeneous. Stir milk and added to the egg mixture. Once Cook-Kusa is cooked add the egg mixture while stirring. So the soup boil for 5 minutes on low heat without Cover. In a separate pot melt the butter and a pinch of crushed mint. Add to the soup, stir and remove from fire.
