Aromatic roast pork

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin (piece)
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
pinch of grated nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
200 ml dry white Wine
150 ml chicken broth
1 tsp salt
few thyme sprigs to decorate
Method
Washed and dried meat is rubbed with a mixture of salt and spices. It is better to ovarzhe with strong thread to not lose their shape when baking. Fillet is put in a small pan and bake 60-75 minutes in preheated oven at 180 C. Bake meat is transferred in a warm bowl and let stand for ten minutes. During this time the sauce in the pan diluted with wine, transfer to the pot and bring it to the boil over high heat. Pour broth mixture is allowed to boil again and boil 2 minutes. Exempt from strings meat is cut into thin slices, which are arranged in a serving plate, pour with meat sauce and decorate with fresh thyme seedlings .
