Bad kebab

4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
500 g lamb or beef or a mixture of beef and pork
3 tbsp grated onion (about 1/2 head)
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp ground or 3 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, ginger and black pepper

Mash the garlic with the salt using a mortar or the flat side broad knife. Mix all products. Divide the mixture in 16 equal portions, form into small meatballs from each of them and Thread on skewers. Cover the skewers and let it stand in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Roasted BBQ until ready.
