Ingredients
4 mackerel
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
1 bay leaf
pepper
salt
thyme
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
White wine
Method
Cleaned mackerel, sliced ​​into thin rings of onion and carrot and other products are arranged in a small baking pan, pour wine and bake in a low oven until the fish and the vegetables are soft. The dish can be served cold - in this case the fish to cool in the sauce.
