Ingredients
4 ripe but tight peaches (or nectarines)
80 g AMAREA (or biscuits)
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 yolk
50 ml amaretto liqueur or another, or rum, cognac
butter
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Heat the oven to 160 C. The peaches are washed and dried. Cut into two halves and are separated stone. Arranged in a buttered baking tin. AMAREA be crushed, mixed with egg yolks, rum, sugar and cocoa. The mixture was partitioned peach, put it on a piece of butter and bake 20 minutes. Peaches leave to cool slightly, scatter with powdered sugar and served hot. * They fit perfectly ice cream.
