Sheets as rolled, cut with a sharp knife into strips about 1 cm wide. Received snails browse nice to not glued strips. Beat the eggs, add the oil, yogurt with soda dissolved in it, crumbled feta cheese, well washed and finely chopped leaves salt bush and finally strips of sheet for banitsa. The mixture was gently stirred, in order to wet all the strips of sheet. forms for muffins are oilt and filled to the brim with the mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees, about 30-35 minutes. baked banitsi left in the molds for about ten minutes then removed. * This is a green version of the Banitsa Muffins . I added salt bush and become more soft, juicy and delicious. * If you enjoy other zelenishi should be blanched or at least scalded with hot water. For salt bush is not necessary. * 1 cup = 200 ml

I made it in cake form - easy and delicious!

LYUBKA, thank you for sharing your proposal and upload a photo! Glad of any new idea. :)

recipes, today I took the sheet and will try tomorrow :). Whether you happen to canned spinach, squeezed the water?

Annie, of course it will happen! Can also be used frozen spinach. Will wait for the results! :)
