Baskets seafood

Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup flour
3 eggs
# For the filling:
300 g shrimp
1 cup pickles, diced
1 cup canned corn or frozen
250 g mayonnaise
200 g crab rolls, diced

Method
In a saucepan pour the water and the oil. Put it on to boil and then add the flour, stirring constantly until the dough starts to lift off of the walls and become a ball. Cool then one by one be added eggs. In forms for muffins pour 1 tsp of dough and spread on the walls of the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for about 30 minutes without opening the oven. All products stuffing mixed and filled baskets. Since these products out 16 baskets depending on the size of the forms. * The filling can be another salad taste - Russian salad, Snow White or others. * Baskets can bake until pale golden, to cool and put in the freezer. Then put in a few minutes in the oven and serve. Do a great job for unexpected guests :)
