Ingredients
250 g flour
500 ml milk
4 eggs
2 pinches salt
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla
1 tbsp sunflower oil
20 g melted butter

Method
Flour put in a deep dish, to which add the eggs and half milk, then stir with a mixer until smooth mixture. Add the salt, the oil, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and the rest of the milk. Again stirred with a mixer and then, the finished mixture is left at room temperature for 30 minutes before frying. * If you want the pancakes to be very fine - previously beaten whites of snow. * If you wish, you can substitute milk with water - are very light, but not so tasty.
