Flour put in a deep dish, to which add the eggs and half milk, then stir with a mixer until smooth mixture. Add the salt, the oil, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and the rest of the milk. Again stirred with a mixer and then, the finished mixture is left at room temperature for 30 minutes before frying. * If you want the pancakes to be very fine - previously beaten whites of snow. * If you wish, you can substitute milk with water - are very light, but not so tasty. Made only with milk becomes thicker and thicker. * The fat is added to the dough does not stick pancakes in frying in the pan. * Fry on low heat for stuffing can put any cookies that have products - chocolate spread, honey, jam. * The products are pancakes about 20 (depending on the size of the pan).
