Ingredients
300 g beans
3-4 onions
3/4 cup (150 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
dried parsley or mint
pepper
salt

Method
Beans soak the evening. The next day is boiled in a little water, add salt to the end of cooking and poured into a large dish, as is sprinkled with pepper. The oil fry with sliced ​​onions, add tomato puree mixed into a little cold water. As roux boil, remove from heat and pour over the beans. Sprinkle with parsley or mint.

recipe is great, very tasty and very easy but I think it is not a main dish, but rather as a side dish.

Because I am from the Thracian region hasten to add to the recipe carrot, tomato, celery, parsley and Dives + mint (mint). To become a dish after adding roux simmer some more. Put a pinch of flour in a little broth and a knob of butter instead of the oil. So grandmother cook.
