Beef Stroganoff Vasya

600 g beef fillet or topside
2 onions
600 g small field mushrooms (used only hats)
250 ml liquid vegetable cream
100 ml dry white wine
80-90 g butter
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
salt, pepper
# For sofa:
250 g rice or mashed potatoes
Cut the meat into slices measuring 0.5 x 2 x 5.6 cm, sprinkle with salt , pepper and flour and set aside. mushrooms cut into crescents, onion. The oil is poured in a deep frying pan (I use a wok), put it the onion and fry until golden. Add 20 g butter, mushrooms and a little salt. Serve on a bed of cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
