Bene souffle

Ingredients
125 g flour
200 g water
50 g butter
2-3 eggs
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
# For the syrup:
150 g sugar
125 ml water
1 vanilla
pinch of citric acid
Method
The dough is prepared by water, the butter and sugar are mixed in a saucepan and put on the fire to boil. This mixture was poured flour, stirring continuously. The resulting mixture is removed from the heat and leave to cool. A soft dough. To this was added one at a time and all egg mix. From the paste using two spoons shaped balls that are fried in oil bath. Finished balls syrup. The syrup was prepared as products thereof are mixed and boiled to melt the sugar. Before balls to immerse in the syrup, it is allowed to cool.
