Ingredients
1/3 cup yogurt
2 tsp soda
1 tbsp rum or cognac
1 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp cocoa
10 g cinnamon
1 cup flour
300 ml cream
4 tbsp caster sugar
60 g butter
chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling
Method
Yogurt mix with soda. Add the sugar, the oil, flour, cocoa, rum, cinnamon. Mix and pour into a greased baking pan. Bake at 180 C until ready. Remove the cake smeared with a mixture of shattered cream with powdered sugar and softened butter. On top sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
