Blueberry muffins

# For the blueberry mixture:
200 g blueberries
100 g sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch
# For the dough:
2 eggs
100 g brown sugar
100 g of white sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
rind of 1 lemon
100 ml milk
120 ml sunflower oil
120 g sour cream
280 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
# For sprinkling:
100 g blueberries

Blueberries and sugar are placed on to boil. Strain and add dissolved in a little water of starch. Returns to the stove. Holds a few minutes, stirring continuously to compression. Allow to cool slightly. During this time, prepared cake mixes. eggs broken with sugar. Sequentially, grated lemon rind, milk, the oil and cream. Finally, pour the flour mixed with baking powder. The whole was stirred well to obtain a uniform mixture. In the paper forms for muffins is allocated 2/3 of the dough. In the middle, put a tsp of blueberry mixture. With toothpick passes several times in different directions to obtain patterns. Top distributes the rest of the dough, and on it - blueberry mixture. Sprinkle with a few goals blueberries.
