Breaded fish BBQ with egg white

Ingredients
1 kg of fish fillet
3 tbsp flour
2 egg whites
juice of 1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Fillets of fish salting with salt and pepper, pour in lemon juice and leave to cool for 1 hour. The fish is breaded in flour and egg white (slightly crushed) and bake in pre-heated BBQ until golden. Serve garnished with fried potatoes and sliced ​​tomatoes. Serve with mayonnaise sauce.
