Breaded fish fillet with mayonnaise sauce

Ingredients
700-800 g fish fillet
1 egg
5 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp breadcrumbs
lemon juice
salt
pepper
8 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 leeks ( white part only)
1 small onion
1-2 sprigs of parsley
1-2 sprigs of dill
fat frying
Method
Fillet cut into strips, sprinkle with salt, breaded consecutively in the flour, beaten with 1 pinch of salt egg and bread crumbs and fry in very strong hot vegetable oil. Distributed in dishes. Chop finely and mix with finely chopped leeks, parsley and dill. Salt lightly and mix with mayonnaise, thinned with a little lemon juice and 1 tsp cold water. Fish pour this sauce and served garnish of your choice.
