# breading:
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sunflower oil
dill
# For rice with vegetables:
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup red pepper
1/3 cup green pepper
1/3 cup carrots
1/3 cup peas
2/3 cup Rice
pepper pikantina, parsley
# For the sauce for fish:
5 tbsp mayonnaise
M tbsp yogurt
3 cloves garlic
dill
spices of your choice

Method
Herring salted with sea salt and spices and optional stand 3 -4 hours. Breaded in breading and fried. Pour the sauce. Vegetables cut into desired shapes and sauté in the oil with 1 tbsp water for 5 minutes. Add rice, spices and 1 1/2 - 2 cups hot water. Vary to absorb the liquid.
