Breaded shrimp

Ingredients
800 g large unpeeled shrimp cleaned
100 g flour
2 eggs
50 g breadcrumbs
1 tsp chilli sauce
150 ml vegetable oil
2 lemons
Method
Eggs are broken foam in a small bowl, add hot sauce and stir until a uniform mixture. Washed and dried shrimps rolled in flour. The oil is heated in a heavy skillet. Shrimp are caught by the tail, dip in egg and then in bread crumbs (to become crispy shrimp can immerse themselves again in egg and breadcrumbs). Fry in the hot sunflower oil, until golden in color. With a slotted spoon ready shrimp are removed from the pan and place on towel to drain the fat.
