1 onion
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp red pepper or tomato paste 1 tbsp

Method
Buckwheat Bake 1-2 minutes in a hot dry pan, stirring constantly. Chopped onion stew in the oil. Sprinkle with paprika and after 2-3 seconds add finely chopped cabbage and spices. Pour hot water, enough to cover it. When the cabbage is tender, add buckwheat and 2 cups hot water. If necessary dosolyava. Simmer for ten minutes. The dish can be prepared in the oven.
