Buttercup Chicken with potato kisses

500 g chicken
1 onion
1 carrot
3 tomatoes
6-7 peeled roasted peppers
200 g mushrooms
100 g peas
5-6 cloves garlic
spices of your choice
dill, basil, parsley, savory
1 cup wine or water
ready mashed potatoes

Cut the meat into cubes, add salt and spices to stand for 15 minutes, during which time cut all products. Onion, diced tomatoes, grated carrot in large pieces peppers julienne or cubes, mushrooms can and objectives, but I cut them into strips. Onion and fry until meat is ready, add a little basil.
