Ingredients
100 g butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 vanilla
1 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp caster sugar
Method
Beat the butter, sugar and egg cream. Add the sifted flour mixed with cocoa, baking powder and vanilla. Put the cream, milk and almonds. Stir and pour into greased with butter and sprinkled with flour form. Bake in a moderately heated oven. While the cake is still warm, sprinkle with coconut and powdered sugar. Cool and cut.
