Ingredients: 1 cup sugar; 1 cup lard (3-4 heaped tablespoons); 1 cup yogurt; 1 tsp baking soda; 600-700 g flour; sweet of your choice; powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method

Soda is added to yogurt. Then add the lard, sugar and flour. Kneads dough is soft but not sticky. Divide into two parts. First spread on the tray. Cover with the sweet. The second part of the dough doomesva with more flour, to become solid and then grated in large pieces grater. Bake in preheated oven at 220 C to pinking. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

It was tasty and crunchy dough, I added almonds, divided the dough for the top two in one part I added cocoa and became 1kafyavo and put a white one in the chamber to tighten, shredded in / at first sweet brown and then white ball. Fannie congratulating good recipe.
