Caramel mosaic pumpkin Bogdana * *

11 tbsp sugar
1 kg pumpkin - stripped (net)
2 tbsp flour
2 handfuls of chopped walnuts
20-50 g butter
6 eggs
3 -4 tbsp sugar
1 liter milk
1-2 tsp mixture of gingerbread spices
2 vanilla
1-2 drops of lemon juice
Peel and cut the pumpkin into large (2x2 or 3x3 cm) pieces. Measure 1 kg (maybe less - 800-900 g). In tray of pot, pour sugar (11 tbsp) and is caramelized to light or medium brown caramel.
