Chicken bon fillet on a bed of spinach

300 g chicken bon fillets
fresh spinach 400 g or 200 g frozen
2 tbsp sour cream
50 g goat feta cheese or other brined feta cheese of your choice
1 onion
pepper, salt
50 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp vegeta or other vegetable seasoning of your choice

Spinach, if fresh washed and infused. Onions cut into small pieces and fry in the butter (may choke with a little water until the fat remains). Put the flour and fry gently until it becomes golden. Add spinach and stew for about 10 minutes at low heat. The feta cheese is grated and mixed with spinach constantly stirring to avoid sticking to the bottom of the container in which to cook. Who does not like goat can use other brined feta cheese. Season with pepper and salt. Optional add vegeta or other vegetable seasoning (as Maggie). If the mixture is very thick you can put a little water. When spinach is ready add cream, mix well and turns off the heat. Chicken bon fillet their season with salt and pepper and bake in a ribbed pan or BBQ. In bowl put the mixture of spinach, feta cheese and cream on it and rank chicken bon fillet. Serve with a glass of white wine. * If you use frozen spinach directly put in fried onions.
