Chicken Kiev with mushroom sauce

4 chicken breasts
125 g butter
finely grated lemon zest 1/2
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt, black pepper
4-5 tbsp flour
breadcrumbs, sunflower oil
# For the mushroom sauce:
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dry white wine
250 g mushrooms mushrooms canned, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
salt, pepper

Chicken breasts crushed to become the most thin. Mix the butter with the lemon peel, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and salt. Place in the refrigerator until set. Cut into small pieces and spread over the chicken breasts. Formed into tight rolls, pinning him with toothpicks or cocktail sticks. For the first time I made this chicken a few years ago, in a movie, I heard talking about it:-) dug around the internet and found a lot of recipes. I do not know now for what we did, but it was very good. Yesterday I watched the movie again and again thought to do it, shoot it and get it here. Annie beat me:-) Bravo for the recipe!
