Chicken legs with dried fruit

Ingredients
4-5 chicken legs
100 g of dried apricots
100 g of prunes
100 g cheese
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt, paprika
500 g puff pastry
1 egg

Method
Peeled the skin of the legs, but does not break, because it will be full. Flavor and sprinkled with soy sauce. Marinate 30 minutes. Dried fruits are soaked in warm water until soft. Then cut into small pieces and mix with the grated cheese. Legs are filled with the fruit between the meat and the skin. Puff dough is cut into long strips with a width of 1 cm. They are wrapped legs. Arrange in a greased baking dish with butter. Smeared with beaten egg. Bake 25-30 minutes at 180 C.

I do like, but in a marinade of balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil and mustard. Then fill the pocket with pickles, carrots and potatoes, all of tapes. Try, may be more to your taste.
