Ingredients
4 chicken legs
1 cup wine
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup Water
pinch of dried basil
pinch of red chili pepper
pinch of pepper
1 tsp salt

Method
In large saucepan mix the wine, the oil, water and spices. Put it on to boil and then add the cleaned and washed legs. Cover the pan with a lid and legs are boiled 15 minutes on low heat. Remove, drain is nice smeared with sunflower oil and bake on the BBQ or in the oven until golden brown. Served with fried potatoes and season salad. Are very juicy and aromatic.
