Chicken with lentils and potatoes

Ingredients
5 chicken legs - top
1 large chopped leeks in large pieces
1 large carrot, chopped in large pieces
2-3 potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
100 g lentils, raw, just rinsed with water
400 ml chicken broth
200 ml apple juice (or 100 ml water + 100 ml wine)
salt, pepper, sunflower oil for frying

Method
Chicken salt it and fry lightly on both sides fat. Ranks in the pan. Vegetables are added to the chicken, pour broth and apple juice (or resp wine) is added and the harsh lentils. All mix well, add salt, put a little pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
