Chicken liver with vegetables in the oven

Ingredients
1 kg cleaned and washed chicken livers
2 peeled tomatoes
3 red peppers
2 carrots
2 onions
2-3 sprigs of chervil and parsley
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano and marjoram
salt, pepper
bay leaves 2-3 leaves
2-3 peppercorns
allspice
1 cube vegetable or mushroom broth dissolved in 500 ml water
300 g small field mushrooms
sunflower oil for zaprazhvane

Method
Chop in large pieces fry in the oil, then add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, peppers, grated carrots and mushrooms. Fry well and pour in the broth. Leave on low heat to simmer for 5-10 minutes far, as previously add all spices (except the bay leaf) and mix. Remove from heat and in a separate pan with a little oil fry the livers. Put in the pan and pour the vegetables. Put the leaves bay leaf. Livers bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for about 15-10 minutes.
