Chicken livers thoroughly wash, drip of water and dried. In flour put thyme and basil. Livers are rolled in flour and put to fry in a saucepan or deep skillet with a lid in a well heated sunflower oil or olive oil. Pan cover with a lid, because the fat in the frying quite sprayed. When fried on one side, turn and add onion cut in crescents and sliced garlic. Again, put a lid and wait until the onion softens. Add tomatoes, diced, 1 tbsp honey, salt and pepper. Dish stir and let simmer until the fat remains. rice is washed very well. Pour 3 cups water, add salt to taste and put to boil on low heat. Serve as a side dish to finished livers.
