Chicken livers with peas

Ingredients
300 g chicken livers
onion
1 cup rice
1 carrot
2 potatoes
1 cup peas
salt
pepper
bay leaf
sunflower oil

Method
Livers are cooked, onions, rice fried in sunflower oil, and add the potatoes, carrots and peas, sprinkle with salt, pepper. Put them in a pan together with livers, and add bay leaf, bake in a moderate oven.

should not rice is pre-cooked or put in a pan, top up the amount of water for rice

I think Katya omitted to add that added some water from the cooked livers corresponding to the amount of rice

But this does not prevent the recipe is very tasty, good Kate, will necessarily try :)
