Ingredients
400 g chicken fillet
1 onion
100 g sterilized mushrooms
1/3 cup cream
spices for chicken
salt

Method
In a Teflon pan lightly fry chopped onion freckles. Add chopped mushrooms and julienne chicken cut into chunks. Serve stew under cover ten minutes. Finally, add the cream and spices. Allow the cream to thicken. Serve warm.
