2 roasted red peppers

1/3 cup chicken broth (hot water)
1 tsp ginger

Method
In a blender put peanuts, chopped garlic, milk and a chopped pepper. Start the blender several times a pulse. Prepared thick paste. May Strain ingredients in blender. Chicken fillet cut into julienne. Fry in oil until graying. Add peanut paste, yogurt, chicken broth and other sliced pepper. Dish cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until ready meat. Season with spices.
