Chicken with rice

Ingredients
1 small chicken
30 g butter
250 g rice
1 onion
60 g salo
150 g tomatoes
2 small green peppers
200 g leek
1 chili pepper
broth trifles
oil
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned chicken cut into portions that add salt, fry in butter, pour a few tablespoons of broth and stew until poluomekvane. The chopped onion fry in butter, add diced salo, boiled, peeled and cut into chunks tomato mixture doizparzhva and add to the chicken. Clean and rinse rice is poured, mixed with chicken and other products, pour 500 ml broth from chicken giblets, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and stew until soft. Meanwhile peas boil until soft. Fry chopped julienne peppers, chilli and strained peas. Chicken and rice are arranged in a dish, sprinkle with fried vegetables, chopped parsley and serve.
