Chicken soup with onions

Ingredients
1 kg onion
chicken 1
2 l meat broth
90 g butter
salt
pepper
1 sprig thyme
2 sprigs parsley
2 tbsp rice
Method
Chicken wash cut and lightly spiced, fry until browned. Onions are washed, cut into thin slices and add to the chicken. Fry 3 minutes then pour the broth, adding blades and thyme and parsley. After about 30 minutes, and pour the rice. Boil until soft. Chicken cut into small cubes, goes back into the soup and season with salt and pepper. Cock-a-Leakey has the flavor when served warm.
