Chicken wings (legs) with vegetables

Ingredients
700-800 g chicken wings or legs
3-4 onions
400-500 g small baby potatoes
200 g mushrooms
100 g green beans (frozen)
100 g peas
3-4 carrots
1-2 green peppers
2 tbsp tomato paste
100 ml tomato juice
50 ml white wine
50 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
salt, pepper, parsley, soy sauce, spices of your choice
Method
The fat is placed in a pan to become hot. Chicken meat add salt, fry gently to whiten and remove. In the resulting sauce is put chopped onions, peppers, carrots and kartofchetata. Once they soften add the green beans, peas and mushrooms. Stew. Chicken ranks in the top tray and pour the vegetables. Tomato paste is diluted with tomato sauce and add to the chicken with vegetables, add the wine and flavored with soy sauce, black pepper, fresh parsley and a little salt. Bake in oven at 180 C for about 1 hour.

Rich recipe products. When the fry is very tasty, but I bake or boil in a pressure cooker and it still tasty, and you save your time.
