Chocolate basis for dairy nabuns

Ingredients
3 tbsp cocoa
1 and 3/4 cup water
300 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
Cocoa mix with sugar, add a little water (hot) to become kashitsa and make up the remaining hot water. The mixture was boiled for 2 min, removed from heat, cooled, add the vanilla and poured into a bottle with a metal cap. Sufficient are 1-2 tbsp of the base to 1 cup cold or hot milk.
