Chocolate peanut butter

Ingredients
300 g of raw peanuts
3/4 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil (butter)
45 g cocoa (natural)
170 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp honey
Method
Preheat oven of 175C. Pour kernels littered with paper tray and bake them for 3-5 minutes, shaking them often (slightly brown). Leave to cool. nuts (shelled) are loaded into the blender. Strain is 1 minute stop and rob walls and again passaged for 2-3 minutes. Add the salt, the oil, cocoa, sugar, honey and blend to smooth. If needed add sunflower oil. * Optional can be prepared and crunchy: 1/3 of peanuts Strain into small pieces and add to the already finished butter. * Store up to a month in the refrigerator (in a jar).
