Chocolate soup with lavender

Ingredients
200 g of dark chocolate
500 ml milk
150 ml cream
5 egg yolks
135 g sugar
25 g of powdered sugar
50 g cocoa powder
6 sprigs of lavender
some ice cubes

Method
Beat the egg yolks with 55 g sugar. Put milk to boil. Pour it slowly stir in the egg yolks and return fire for about five minutes to thicken. Beat the cocoa with some of the cream and add the cream in it. Allow to cool and place in ice cream maker. Maybe in a shallow bowl that you have to put in the freezer and is stirring a few times until the mixture is well frozen. Put 450 ml water to boiling, add 4 sprigs of lavender cover with a lid, stop the heat and leave for 20 minutes. Put in a bowl chocolate chopped. Add 40 g of sugar and 10 g of cocoa. Strain well lavender tea and put it in the chocolate mixture. Bring to the boil for a minute and let cool so the received * soup *. Grind using a household robot remaining 2 blades lavender powder. Razmeshayte with 40 g of sugar and keep until serving. Beat the cream of hard snow and at the end add 25 g of powdered sugar. Leave the cold. When the ice cream is ready put a few ice cubes in the soup * *. Poured into small bowls. Add two balls of ice cream, a few florets of cream and sprinkle with lavender sugar.
