Chocolate sponge cake Insayful Nana

2 and 1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 and 3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup sunflower oil (or other fat)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup boiling water
vanilla ice cream (optional)
chocolate spread (optional)

In a bowl put the sugar and cocoa and mix well with a wire spoon. Sugar granules will help more subtle stirring of cocoa. Add the remaining dry ingredients - sifted flour, baking soda and salt and mix again thoroughly. Add all other ingredients - the oil, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well with mixer. When the mixture begins to become more rigid, add 1 cup boiling water and continue to confuse still quite small as to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and bake at 180C about 30-35 minutes. By request can be added and a ball of vanilla ice cream when the cake is ready and cut into pieces or to decorate top with chocolate spread.

Hello GaBsY, cakes made with fresh milk, do not become a little softer inside, meaning as little wet? And this is it of them, as there is water?

Emmy to become a little softer and especially that I was a little heavy, but ... still omethoate shpchti whole baking pan ^^ ** *If you can try yogurt, I have not tested it so . The original recipe was written Buttermilk, but as I watched the video and was preparing for milk.

Buttermilk is buttermilk and replaced successfully with ayran:-)
