Cold soup with avocado and coconut milk

2 avocados (ripe)
1/2 cup sliced ​​cucumber
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 small hot pepper or 1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 clove garlic
3-4 sprigs fresh coriander or dill
garnishing - dill or coriander and roasted pumpkin seeds - optional

The flesh of the avocado, cleaned and cut into pieces of pepper (or chili flakes) and other Strain products or chopped in a food processor to a smooth mixture, add salt by taste.
