Cream with apricots

Ingredients
2 eggs
125 g of powdered sugar
125 g flour
700 ml milk
100 g butter
2 vanilla
pinch of salt
apricots
Method
Eggs and sugar froth. While continuously beating pour the milk, which is separated 1 cup, and flavored with vanilla. Flour and separated milk is broken down into a smooth mash and add to liquid. The mixture was placed on a heated hot plate, stirring continuously, and after the occurrence of bubbles is boiled for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the butter, mix well and pour into large glasses. Top rank halves of apricots.
