Cream soup of potato and leek

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
2 leeks
30 g butter
1.5 liters of water
1 tsp salt
Cream soup of potato and leek

Method
Peel and cut potatoes are flooded with water. Add the cleaned and chopped leek. Boil until completely cooked. The mixture was passaged, add the butter and salt and mix. Optional can be served with croutons and feta cheese.

Instead of potatoes can be used pumpkin. Thus preparing French pumpkin soup. But the pumpkin must be cooked a little in advance. Try it, it is very tasty. I add a little pepper.
