Cream with starch and fruit

Ingredients
1.5 liters of fresh milk
1 cup cold milk
8 tbsp sugar
60 g starch lemon
2 eggs
coconut
chocolate bars
sugar sticks
fruit of your choice
Method
Milk is boiled with sugar. Separately in cold milk dissolves starch and egg yolks. Then, to the boiling milk is added a solution of starch and egg yolks in a thin stream. When ready, remove the cream from the heat, and to this was added the butter. Both egg whites are broken down into the snow, and then added to the cream. Divide into bowls, the bottom of which are distributed fresh fruit or jam. Decorate with sugar and / or chocolate sprinkles.
