Crispy crackers

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup peeled sunflower seeds
2 tsp sunflower oil
in 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, cumin and oregano

Method
Mix oatmeal with spices and pour water. Stir good (giving a sticky dough). Add the oil. The resulting mixture is poured into a tray covered with baking paper. Spread it out as a thin layer (with a wet spatula) and cut into rectangles. Bake in preheated oven (200-220S) about 30-40 minutes - until a nice brown tan. After cooling, crackers are broken up in slices. * The type and amount of spices are tentative, according to taste.

At least do them twice a week. Very suitable spices. Spread easily between two baking paper and rolled out with a rolling pin. Bravo!

I'm glad you liked the crackers are :) The way flattening them is much easier than to unroll with a wet spatula Next time I will make them so :)
