Curled banitsa with feta cheese and cheese

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
150 g feta cheese
150 g cheese
100 g yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
100 ml lukewarm water
100 g butter

Method
Prepare the stuffing beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, grated cheese, yogurt, soda, cold water and melted butter. Grease the tin with fat. Place a crust on it and put a second skin that curl (recruits) lightly with your hands. Put onto it 2-3 tbsp of filling. Then put new crust in the same way and stuffing and so - until the phyllo and filling. Last crust puts stretched and smeared with grease. Bake in preheated oven until get a nice tan. Remove from the oven, sprinkled with a little water and cover with a cloth to stew and soft. In this way of arranging the sheet, the banitsa becomes fluffy. Before withdrawing from the oven, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and let melt slightly.
