Dolmas color of zucchini stuffed zucchini

20 colors of zucchini
10 small zucchini
3 scallions
2 cloves garlic
3 tomatoes
100 g rice
100 g minced meat, maybe more
1 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
dill and mint
1/3 cup olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon

Wash colors, trim pistil inside. Boil for 2 minutes zucchini in salted water, drill a suitable tool. Cut the onions and heck, saute with olive oil, add the grated tomatoes, red pepper, salt and rice, and add 1 water, mince mix well, finally dill and mint, let it boil for 3 minutes. In colors put the filling 1 tsp tighten the edges of color. Fill the zucchini and using the tube of a pen for easy stuffing mixture. Arrange squash in a saucepan color press with a plate and something heavy, pour 1 cup water, a little olive oil, salt, lemon juice, may grate and 1 tomato. Leave to cook for 30 minutes until ready. can be made and vegan, without mince.

Colors of zucchini I ate only fried, sprinkled with powdered sugar ... Salted've never tried. This is the perfect opportunity to catch up. Put this recipe to favorites and will ask my cook whether and how colors have given me.

Such stuffed cabbage served in Crete in restaurants as an appetizer yummy Italians them PANIC and sprinkle with powdered sugar, a delicacy in Bulgaria is difficult to find if you have a garden and planted zucchini, but I mop up the colors from the garden my brother if you miss the season.

Smooths incredibly tasty. I always like to try to prepare something with the color of zucchini, zucchini variety but obviously must be special. Bravo! Got applause from me.
