Dolmas with vine leaves and carrots

Ingredients
20 grape leaves
1 stalk leek
1 onion
4-5 carrots
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tomatoes
1 cup rice
1 tsp paprika
1/2 bunch of dill
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Leeks and onions finely, carrots grated and stew in the oil and a little water. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, red pepper and rice. Finally, put the finely chopped dill and parsley mixture and add salt. Vine leaves are scalded with boiling water. By filling rolled dolmas and arrange in pan. Stacked on top of bowl and pour 4 cups hot water. Cook over low heat until the water has evaporated.
