Ingredients
          500 g zucchini
          1 bunch spring onions
          2 tbsp sunflower oil
          1/2 cup rice
          1 tsp tomato paste
          grape leaves
          salt
          pepper
          parsley
              Method
              Courgettes grate, drain and together with the chopped onion smothered in fat. Add rice, fry lightly and sprinkle with black pepper, chopped parsley and tomato paste. Mix everything well and is removed from the fire. The filling and vine leaves turn dolmas, which rank one another in a pan. Being stacked with top plate and pour water enough to cover them. Boil on low heat.
